2. Booking & Payments

  • Flight fares are dynamic and subject to change until payment is made.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your ticket.
  • Fare Budget is not responsible for fare increases due to delays in payment.
  • In case of payment failure, the booking will not be processed, and the fare may change upon rebooking.

3. Pricing & Fees

  • Prices displayed on our website include airfare, taxes, and fees as per airline policies.
  • Additional fees may apply for baggage, seat selection, meal preferences, and other airline services.
  • Fare Budget may charge a small service fee for processing bookings, modifications, or cancellations.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed as per airline guidelines, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
  • Fare Budget’s service fees are non-refundable in case of cancellations.

  • If a passenger fails to check in or board the flight, the ticket will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
  • Some airlines allow rebooking with a penalty, but it depends on the fare rules.

6. Flight Changes & Modifications

  • Flight changes, including date modifications or rebooking, are subject to airline rules.
  • Change fees may apply based on fare type and the time of modification.
  • Some airlines allow free changes within 24 hours of booking if the flight is at least 7 days away.

7. Travel Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Passengers must ensure they meet all visa, passport, and health regulations before traveling.
  • Airlines may deny boarding if travel documents are invalid or incomplete. Fare Budget is not responsible for such denials.
  • Travelers are responsible for verifying baggage allowances, check-in times, and airline policies before departure.

8. Liability & Limitations

  • Fare Budget is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or service failures by airlines.
  • In case of flight disruptions, passengers must contact the airline directly for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for losses due to force majeure events such as weather conditions, strikes, or government regulations.

  • Fare Budget collects and stores customer information for booking and service purposes.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required for processing your travel bookings.
